Delran High School Earns Bronze Certification at Sustainable Jersey for Schools Awards

The certification was awarded based on the school’s achievement of 150 sustainability points, reflecting a wide range of initiatives focused on environmental responsibility, student engagement, and sustainable practices.
Sustainable Jersey for Schools is a statewide certification program that recognizes schools implementing innovative programs in areas such as energy conservation, waste reduction, health and wellness, school culture, and environmental education.
Representatives from Delran High School attended the awards ceremony to accept the honor on behalf of the school community.
“This recognition reflects the hard work of our staff, students, and sustainability teams who have made environmental stewardship a priority,” school leaders said. “We are proud of this achievement and remain committed to building a more sustainable future.”
The district congratulates everyone involved in earning this important distinction and looks forward to continuing sustainability efforts throughout Delran Township Public Schools.
